Patricia Harmon, Ph.D., MBA

For the past 20 years, Patricia Harmon has delivered measurable results in the practice areas of innovation, creativity and emotional intelligence on behalf of leading global corporations including: Deutsche Bank, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, JP MorganChase, Motorola, NY Times and Jarden Consumer Products. (see full client list)  As an author, keynote speaker, lecturer, and consultant, Pat has designed and conducted advanced thinking workshops for thousands of executives and managers around the globe. 

Pat helps organizations in their efforts to bring about change by examining business trends,extrapolating from them and helping companies create value. Beginning with the strategic planning process, Pat works with executives to help form their strategic direction while using innovative thinking methodologies, biomimicry and eco-sustainability as a major thrust.

She also facilitates an Executive Leadership & Development process that is used widely by leading global corporations. This advanced assessment-based technology helps clients assess development needs, link development to business strategy, implement customized training solutions, and measure the results. Included in her practice are use of the Innovation Leadership Assessment (“ILA”), a proprietary product she created in both English and Spanish, and for 15 years she has served as a Master Trainer for the Emotional Quotient Inventory (“EQ-i”) assessment.  

Pat holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Executive Program, an MA in Human Development, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from The Fielding Graduate Institute.  She also serves as an adjunct professor at Cornell University, ILR School and Duke Corporate Education.

Paul Seroka, MBA, MA

For more than 30 years, Paul Seroka has provided strategic management and corporate advisory services to hundreds of executives at more than 65 companies, including large publicly traded organizations including Apple, Grifols, IBM, Nestle Foods, and Time Inc.  

As a corporate advisor to Patricia Harmon LLC on a project basis, Paul completes assessments, prepares strategic plans and presentations, and implements customized programs designed to meet each customer’s unique requirements.  His expertise involves helping customer’s define engagement strategy, establish SMART goals, and analyze their human resource and change management offerings.  As project leader he can develop cost-effective strategies for organizational change that closes the gap between “current state and desired state.”

For seven years, Seroka served in the Chief Marketing Officer role and as CEO, board advisor to three high-growth companies while providing consulting services to small business owners, investors and entrepreneurs.  In 2005, Paul earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University, London School of Economics and Political Science and HEC University in Paris.  He completed a Master’s of Public Affairs degree from Fordham University, a Business Administration degree from Oswego State University, and holds post-graduate certificates from New York University in Digital Marketing, Social Media, E-Commerce and Executive Coaching.

Philip Young, Ph.D.

Phil has over 25 years of experience designing and delivering corporate education programs in business acumen all over the world. He is currently a faculty member of Duke Corporate Education’s Global Learning Network – a program consistently ranked #1 by the Financial Times and Business Week.

As an MBA professor in finance and economics for over 30 years, he has received numerous “best instructor” awards. He is the co-author of a leading MBA textbook and a popular business trade book available in English, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish. His clients rank among top global companies in industries such as information technology, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods and consulting. Phil received a B.A. from the University of Hawaii, a Master’s degree from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. in economics from New York University.

He lives in Westchester County, New York with his family, and enjoys playing jazz guitar, cooking holiday feasts, and visiting his grandchildren in Brooklyn.

Keith Chamberlain, MBA, MA  

Keith Chamberlain is Faculty Advisor / Strategic Associate to Patricia Harmon LLC, where he supports corporate clients with consultative and coaching services on a project basis.  A specialist in building strategic partnerships and enabling high performance teams, Keith has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience.  He served as CEO of the education division, and enterprise chief marketing officer, for a cardiovascular specialty company where he nurtured revenue-generating partnerships with industry titans such as Philips Healthcare and Siemens Medical Systems.  Further, Keith has managed the creation and delivery of clinical training resources for health professionals working in diagnostic and invasive cardiology settings, including cardiac cath, electrophysiology and interventional radiology labs.  His expertise consists of providing staffing, consulting and other subject matter expert-based services to hospital administrators, physician leaders, health provider organizations, as well as facilitating strategic planning with boards of directors at regional non-profit and national medical mission-based organizations.

Keith was the first-ever VP of marketing and business development at two national healthcare organizations: the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (Albuquerque, NM) and the Medical Group Management Association (Denver, CO) and served as head of marketing for both The New England Journal of Medicine and at Dura Pharmaceutical's Health Script Division. Keith earned his BA in Communications from the State University of New York, College at Oswego, where he presently serves as the university’s alumni association board president. He earned his MBA in marketing from Bentley University, and MA in arts/nonprofit administration from Baltimore's Goucher College.

Bill Corbin Sanford, Ph.D.

William applies 38 years of experience in the diversified high-technology, biodiversity and biomimicry categories. His diversified high techno-logy credentials include serving as a space shuttle scientific advisor to NASA, a corporate liaison for Teledyne Systems and the Department of Physics at UCLA, a plasma physics research volunteer at UCLA, a former member of the UCLA Department of Physics Research Counsel, a Manufacturing and Project Engineer for deep space electronics for Teledyne Systems and Litton, Vice President responsible for transfer of new products to production at both Pacific Transducer and Phoenix Scientific and Cabin Systems Engineering at Boeing.

William’s biodiversity experience includes managing cross-cultural communications as a Member of The Boeing Company Diversity Council and extensive international ecosystem observations in over twenty countries around the world. He is also a charter member of the Boeing Biomimicry team applying biological observations to engineering solutions.

William holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University in Biology and Chemistry and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis in Cell Biology and Bio Physics. He has served as a faculty member at Oklahoma State University in Biophysics, Cell Biology, Experimental Embryology, Zoology, Cancer Research, Tissue Culture and Physiology. He’s also been a faculty member at an International University, World Campus Afloat leading Marine and Terrestrial Biology studies.
