About Pat Harmon, Ph.D.

 
 

With 30 years of consulting across diverse industries, Patricia Harmon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from her experience working in more than forty-two countries around the world.

Harnessing the power of cutting-edge artificial intelligence, Pat has worked with leaders to deliver measurable results in the areas of leadership, creative thinking, and innovation. A deep knowledge of emotional intelligence and experience in facilitating interpersonal dynamics have enabled her to teach and coach high-performance leadership and the human side of innovation helping to propel organizations into the future.

Corporate clients include Deutsche Bank, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Motorola, The New York Times, and the U.S. Marine Corps.

Pat holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Executive Program, a Master’s degree in Human Development, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from The Fielding Graduate Institute.  She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Cornell University, ILR School, teaching Emotional Intelligence: An Edge for Leaders, and at UCONN, teaching Business Analytics.
